Damaged Shipments
Small items are shipped USPS. Larger items are shipped FedEx or UPS Ground (5-7 business days).
The purchaser can upgrade shipping to 2-Day or 1-Day delivery.
All orders are subject to inventory availability, and in most cases orders are custom built. Your credit card will be charged once we start building a custom order.
A custom order cannot be changed or cancelled after production has begun. The amount of time needed to complete a custom order may vary based on how busy our labs are.
On our website we publish estimated production times in days. Once production starts we will confirm a ship date for your order. In case your order is delayed
we will inform you accordingly.
Gallery Keoki is located in a mountain resort, with varying weather and road conditions, which may affect delivery times.
Therefore Gallery Keoki cannot guarantee delivery times by our shipping companies.
All shipments are insured by Gallery Keoki.
